THANK YOU. I think his name was Charles. On Tuesday I called begging to get a message taken to my two daughters who live in the EastVillage. They were in the flooded section of the EastVillage. I found you online and called begging to get a message to them about having found them a hotel room (I think the last available rooms in the city.) Charles helped saying this would be unique! You don't normally take a message on the phone but he realized the urgency in my voice and my concern over my daughters. As we were just finishing a daughter has finally gotten a pay phone to work and called. He so very patiently said "that's okay, the emergency is now taken care of!" So please, I want the company to know that he was such a big help to an almost hysterical mother. And one of the daughters was sick since Sunday morning.I just want him to be recognized for such a wonderful act.
